Rules and Guidelines for Our Christian Singles Event
By participating in Cristian Singles Night hosted by Davie Smash Inc, you acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility and risk with respect to the outcome of any relationship that may or may not arise between you and other Singles Night participants. Davie Smash Inc makes no guarantee, either expressed or implied, regarding your compatibility with any participant.
To participate in the speed dating axe throwing event, all participants must arrive on time and sign a waiver before entering the axe throwing area. Participants will get to throw axes and socialize for this 2-hour event. Each participant will take turns throwing an axe at a target and must adhere to the rules and safety guidelines provided by the facility. Each guest will be allocated 1 smashing plate at check in.
Participants must always wear closed-toe shoes and follow all safety guidelines provided by the facility. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the facility. Participants are responsible for any damages caused to the facility or equipment due to their actions during the event.
Lastly, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Davie Smash Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective members, directors, and employees from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including attorney’s fees made by any third party due to, arising out of, or related to your participation in Singles Night.
